The 7 inch lift does make an impact

I’m not going to lie – I was surprised by how big of a difference a 20 degree change made. By putting the Prim under my wife's hips and lifting her pelvis, I not only had more control during penetration but also easier access to the clitoris. It’s actually comfortable

Now this is where we were really sold. A few years back we actually tried out a different wedge pillow that was made out of dense foam. While it provided lift, it was also hard as a rock.

Now, you’re thinking, why can’t you just use a regular pillow? I’ll tell you why. A regular pillow is problematic for two reasons: first, it doesn't hold up under weight, and second, it easily slides out of position during the act.
